Load Limiters General Specifications

Body

Models LLL18, LLL28, LLL45, LLL60, LLL80, LLL150 AND LLL200, Cast aluminium LM4 material high proof and tensile stress, good machining properties.

Dimensions

A very compact load cell, when fitted does not affect the height or range of lift.

Guides

Machined from heat treated aluminium. The guides provide a higher degree of accuracy due to the increased contact surface between the guides and the crane/hoist rope.

Pre-load Setting

The load limiter can be pre-set to a given load or it can be set at site to a specific load requirement.

Bolts

Electro plated bolts with self locking nuts.

Disc Springs

To German standards DIN 2092 and 2093.

Disc Spring Cage

Machined to close tolerances to ensure smooth and trouble free operation.

Painting

Anti-corrosion thoroughly cleaned to remove surface contaminants. Powder coated, electrostatically applied to a DFT of 50-75 microns, oven post cured at 200 degrees C for 20 minutes.

Limit Switch

A heavy duty micro switching complying to IP65.
